1. The Data We Collect

We believe in data minimization. We only collect what is necessary to execute your strategy.

• Identity Data: Email address and account credentials (for login).

• Operational Data: Exchange API keys (encrypted), wallet addresses, and transaction history needed for the dashboard display.

• Usage Data: Logs of agent performance, latency metrics, and system interaction data.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To Execute: To trigger buy/sell orders on your connected exchanges via API.

• To Analyze: To generate the performance metrics and "Audit Logs" visible in your dashboard.

• To Improve: To refine the latency and execution logic of our agent fleet.

3. API Key Security

Your security is our primary architecture constraint.

• Encryption: All API keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.

• Isolation: Keys are stored in isolated environments, separate from the core application logic.

• No Sharing: We never share, sell, or rent your financial data or API keys to third parties.

4. Third-Party Infrastructure

We use trusted third-party services to maintain our infrastructure:

• Hosting: AWS / Azure (for secure cloud computing).

• Analytics: PostHog / Google Analytics (for anonymized site usage data).

• Payments: Stripe (for subscription processing). We do not store your credit card information.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

• Retention: We retain logs for the duration of your subscription to provide your audit history.

• Right to Delete: Upon account closure, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of all your data. API keys are immediately wiped from our servers upon account termination.

6. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our technology or legal requirements. We will notify you of any significant changes via the email associated with your account.
