5. AI-Generated Outputs

The Service enables the deployment of AI agents that perform automated actions on your behalf. These agents operate based on the configurations and instructions you define. Neutron is not responsible for outcomes resulting from agent actions taken under your account.

You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and supervising any automated outputs or agent-triggered actions before applying them to critical systems or decisions.

6. Availability and Changes

We strive to maintain high uptime and reliable agent execution, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, integrations, and agent capabilities may change, be updated, or be discontinued at any time.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or engage in activity that compromises the integrity of the platform or other users.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of AI agent outputs for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neutron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages resulting from automated agent actions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms

Not at all. Most teams are running their first automated workflow within a day. We provide pre-built agent templates for common use cases — no technical background required. For teams that want deeper customization, our TypeScript SDK gives full control.
